Shipment Policy
- Orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 working
- No order is delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipments can be delayed for a few days if we are encountering a high volume of orders.
- If there happens a significant delay in the shipment of your order from our side, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
- We will notify you of the Shipment Confirmation via email and text message once your order has been shipped.
- You can track your order’s status via the tracking link.
Damages
- Our company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
- In case of damaged order, please file a claim to the shipment carrier.
- Keep the damaged items in the original packaging before filing a claim.
